TICKETING

Our agency can book your plane and train tickets as well as charter private jets and helicopters

INSURANCE

Our services do not include cancellation/repatriation insurance. Nonetheless we advise our clients to take out a policy prior to departure from an agency in their home country

TIPS

In France, the prices posted include service and taxes. However, if you are extremely satisfied with the service, you may give a tip for an amount you consider suitable.

SPECIAL DIETS AND FOOD ALLERGIES

Please inform us during registration so that we can inform our service providers in advance

APPROPRIATE ATTIRE

You will be advised of this for each venue when the final program schedule is sent. In general, we recommend casual attire for most of the venues with the exception of gala evenings It’s best to bring flat comfortable shoes for the tour of small villages with cobblestone streets and a sweater/jumper for the wine storehouse and cave tours where the temperature is quite chilly.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONNEL

Depending on the nature of the program, our tours are guided either by licensed guides, wine specialists or other experts in specific fields

CURRENCY

All of our prices are in EUROS There are currency exchange offices at the Bordeaux Mérignac Airport and also in downtown Bordeaux; otherwise, it’s possible to withdraw Euros from any of the numerous ATMs in cities, and not so many in small villages.
