Your seminar’s theme is the discovery of wine and vineyards
You’re looking to build team spirit – motivate employees – meet with colleagues. Head for the countryside. Rendezvous at a Bordeaux wine chateau for a work session. In a fully equipped meeting room, you’ll make progress in a studious atmosphere.
After a morning of hard work, you’ll be served lunch in the château’s reception room – haute cuisine and fine wines will help you unwind.
A fun-filled afternoon will top off this day of team-building.
Each participant will take on the challenge of being recruited for the job of enologist at a grand cru wine estate. In teams, you’ll have to use your agility in activities awaiting you in the vineyards, the wine storehouses and during tasting workshops. You’ll move around by bike or in classic cars on the winery paths.
You’ll follow the winemaking process between 2 chateaux; the challenges you’ll take on are in several stages. You’ll have to use all your talents in the wine sector, athletic as well as logic:
- Wine-growing initiation: the soil and the terroir* will no longer hold any secrets for you
- Orienteering course between the chateaux
- Learning about wine making by having everyone perform the daily tasks of a cellar master
- Looking for markers on the course, tangram test
- Awakening your senses: recognizing aromas, the color of wines
At the end of the course, the guide will give the results, but for us, there are no losers and no winners because everyone gives it their all in this field where they’re the best.
*A French term used to describe how a vineyard’s geography, soil, weather conditions and farming techniques can impart certain characteristics upon the grapes and wine that reflect the land.
